PURPOSE

THE Camp Elim Africa IS AN ORGANIZATION LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Purpose of Camp Elim Africa : The Camp Elim Africa is a nonprofit fellowship of christians. It is not organized for the private gain of any person. The purpose of the Camp Elim Africa feLlowship is based on Ephesians Chapter 4 Verses 12 to 15. Specifically “ 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ. To achieve this the Camp Elim Africa will establish a network of churches, evangelists, apostles, prophets and pastors and teachers abiding by a common universal code of ethics, standards, practices and regulations own and operate:

These will primarily serve the spiritual, social and health needs of evangelists, apostles, prophets and pastors and teachers and their immediate families.

Dedication of Assets: The Camp Elim Africa 's assets are irrevocably dedicated to public benefit purposes. No part of the net earnings, properties, or assets of the Camp Elim Africa , on dissolution or otherwise, shall inure to the benefit of any private person or individual, or to any Director or officer of the Camp Elim Africa . On liquidation or dissolution, all properties and assets remaining after payment, or provision for payment, of all debts and liabilities of the Camp Elim Africa shall be distributed to a nonprofit fund, foundation, or Camp Elim Africa that is organized and operated exclusively for Christian charitable purposes and that has established its exempt status under Internal Revenue Act.

Income and revenue: The main sources of financing activities of the Camp Elim Africa shall be through the collection of membership dues, investments, retail of merchandise, gifts and grants, bequeathed estates and assets and other forms of offerings. The Camp Elim Africa shall not raise resources through investment in, retail or acceptance of gifts from sources associated with business prohibited by law or from activities primarily and directly associated with alcohol, tobacco, betting and gambling, or elicit activity that predisposes any persons to sin and depravity.

Prohibition to transform: It is forbidden at all times whether explicitly or implicitly to transform the Camp Elim Africa into a denominational church except that it may operate prayer centers or affiliate with denominational churches for the use of their churches for the purpose of promoting devotion and adoration of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This provision shall survive all amendments to this constitution and bylaws.
